Children wanted for Nativity Play in the Norfolk Broads

Preparation and rehearsals for the nativity will take place on Saturday December 15th and Saturday December 22nd, with a performance for friends, family and the public at 1pm on Sunday December 23rd. A Christmas party for all the children involved in the nativity and their parents (but not the animals unfortunately!) will take place after the show.
Eileen Calverley, manage of Junior Farm, said "Children absolutely love taking part in a nativity with real animals - it makes it extra special - and our staff really enjoy it too! We spend the first Saturday making costumes and scenery, and the second one is spent rehearsing for the performances. The children also get involved in looking after the animals, so it is a busy time, but everyone gets very excited."
The three sessions each run from 10am-2pm with a total cost of £25. Children will be spending some of their time outdoors so should come prepared with sturdy shoes and warm waterproof clothing. And don't forget to bring a pack lunch -acting is hungry work!
