Quality Assured Visitor Attraction in the Norfolk Broads

The following report relates to the quality assessment of Wroxham Barns under the Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Service (VAQAS). The report details the findings of the assessment, as discussed during the de-brief on Tuesday 1st September 2009 with the assessors Ian Foster and Peter Wass and Ian Russell MBE, Director of Wroxham Barns.
Wroxham Barns continues to be an example of "success by quality" and the increasing range of activity and appeal should consolidate that achievement. The main retail experience continues to be unique in many ways and the further side features have now become individual attractions to complement the site.
Wroxham Barns has again provided a very high quality of visitor experience that certainly merits the continued accreditation by VisitBritain for 'Quality Assured Visitor Attraction'.
