Send a Rose for Christmas

They may be more associated with Valentine’s Day, but roses make perfect Christmas presents too. And it will be one present that is certain to give pleasure long after the Christmas festivities have died down.

Bill LeGrice Roses at Wroxham Barns, one of the UK’s top rose growers, have made rose buying even easier this year, by offering a Send a Rose service.

Customers can choose from a wide selection of Bill LeGrice’s top quality roses, such as the strongly scented Deep Secret bush rose with its deep red flowers, or the charming new Penny Lane, a light pink climbing rose and former Rose of the Year winner.

Prices start at just £11.50, for which customers can send the rose of their choice, together with a Christmas card and planting instructions. Package and posting is included. Extra rose bushes can also be added from £6.50.

"This is an ideal present for green-fingered friends and family, particularly those living some distance away." said Liz Barnes, company secretary of Bill LeGrice Roses.
